Description

Systems & Marketing Coordinator

The Systems & Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role within Cash-Wa Direct Stores, responsible for seamlessly integrating systems management and marketing efforts. This multifaceted position requires technical acumen, project coordination skills, and creative marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at collaborating across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Systems Management:
    • Point of Sale (POS) Systems:
      • Oversee the management and optimization of the POS system across Cash-Wa Direct Stores.
      • Ensure accurate pricing, inventory tracking, and efficient checkout processes.
    • Technical Support for Store Managers:
      • Provide technical assistance to store managers regarding system usage, reporting, and data analysis.
      • Train store staff on POS and pricing systems.
      • Address any technical challenges faced by store teams.
    • Reporting and Analytics:
      • Collect and analyze data related to sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
      • Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
      • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Marketing Support:
    • Social Media Management:
      • Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns.
      • Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
      • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Direct Marketing:
      • Coordinate direct campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
      • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with store managers to align systems and marketing efforts.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes cross-functional success.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to systems and marketing activities.
    • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in systems management or marketing coordination is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Square P.O.S. and Date Code Genie is advantageous.
