Job Objective:

The Director of Product and Creative Marketing is a high-level leader that proactively leads a Product and Creative Marketing team by using industry leading marketing insights and creativity. This role is responsible for leading the execution of all creative marketing, Brand marketing, Product marketing and Technical marketing for all Commercial Segments and Channels within the Mohawk Group.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

· Lead the management of the execution of initiatives within the marketing plan with cross-functional teams.

· Lead the project management of all projects through the marketing process including campaigns and all product launch materials.

· Manage the creative development of campaigns and sales tools, ensuring marketing deliverables are consistent with brand standards, accurate, and integrated within the strategy across all media for all segments and Channels including Workplace, Retail, Higher Ed, K-12, Government,

Hospitality, Healthcare, Sr. Living, High Multi-Family as well as A&D, Dealer, and End user channels.

· Manage the Creative department using mix of internal resources and agencies – graphic design, photography, videography, campaign development, and Brand look and feel.

· Manage creation of visuals/scope for UX/UI design for web product and technical pages as well as web tools that reflect brand to pass to IT. Work with IT group for testing and approvals.

· Manage the Project Management for on time deliverables for all marketing assets.

· Communicate product marketing and product introductions to sales and internal teams on monthly product calls.

· Use competitive and internal marketing analysis to ensure plans are relevant, updated, and effective.

· Develop defined processes and tools for ROI measurement as well as lead management and follow-up.

· Manage the integration of marketing tools and collateral into CRM and additional sales enablement platforms.

· Lead the collaboration with appropriate technical, legal, and other relevant resources to ensure accurate information is approved and presented in accordance with corporate, federal and/or legal guidelines.

· Create marketing technical materials to illustrate product performance, features and benefits along with marketing claims and legal review of technical and sustainability claims.

· Work with sample department to manage marketing literature and brochures investments and supply.

· Work with sample department to manage cost, branding, experience around sample deployment including managing relationship with Material bank for sample stocking and marketing opportunties

· Create ongoing, strategic dialogue with the company Digital Experience team to ensure digital channels, tools, and content are accurate and relevant to the needs of the segment and corresponding user community.

· Build and support high functioning, motivated teams.

· Proactive in identifying and clearing roadblocks for the team.

· Connect team's efforts with savvy grasp of organizational ecosystem and prioritizes based on business need.

· Work collaboratively with other function leaders on common goals and solutions that impact both teams.

· Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide impact.

· Work to develop holistic perspective on the organization, its vision, and its activities.

· Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

· Implement strategic policies, methods, techniques, and critical evaluations for success.

· Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

· Proactive in identifying and clearing roadblocks for the team.

· Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional area.

· Regular interaction within the market with customers and sales teams to understand needs and market dynamics

· Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

· 10+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 5+ years of management experience.
