Job Summary

At National Products, Inc. the role of the Sales Operation Manager is to develop best practices for the sales team and continuously improve sales operations to best support internal and external customer in an efficient manner. The position oversees order entry, MAP policy, partner programs, sales team onboarding and CRM. This role requires collaborating directly with the group stakeholders to analyze processes to tailor them to the needs of the company and its users. The role also involves general platform maintenance, including training, troubleshooting and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to create and maintain standard operating procedures across all sales functions
  • Proactively seek out sales process best practices to improve efficiencies throughout the sales team
  • Support the development and execution of the sales new-hire training and onboarding program
  • Maintain and quality check internal sales request sheets, inclusive of upper management request sheets, process improvements requests, and documentation requests
  • Oversee the duties and tasks of our MAP program
  • Manage the translation of customer orders into production ready language
  • Advance reporting tools for users and management to measure KPIs and daily activities
  • Manage system changes without interruption to the user
  • Assist sales management to create processes in Salesforce to help standardize data entry, therefore ensuring data quality, migration and maintenance
  • Prepare data files and uploads the data into Salesforce. I.e.; when there is a mass owner reassignment or entering leads after a tradeshow
  • Work with Sales Operations Specialist to determine Salesforce best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce and other software companies utilized by the sales team
  • Maintain customer price list updates in partnership with engineering and operations
  • Manage part obsolescence

Skills and Specifications

  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and knowledge of the full functionality of the Administrator tools and their capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Energetic personality with a self-starter mentality

  • Management of Fresh Desk ticketing system

Qualifications


Education and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience
  • 3+ years of CRM management
  • Documented history of process improvement
  • Degree from a 4-year accredited university preferred
  • Salesforce administrative experience preferred
  • Lean training and certification preferred

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
