Job Duties:
- Responsible for the management of the company's fleet of vehicles.
- Create manual purchase orders from requests initiating from proponents purchase requisition.
- Keep track of on-going status of requisition requests managing the new supplier requests, HSE approvals, and terms negotiations.
- Providing support to other contract managers and assisting in managing contracts including various categories such as fluid hauling, logistics, compression, valve servicing, and pipeline inspection and corresponding Procurement Strategies for domestic oil and gas assets.
- Contract management responsibilities include executing new contracts, term extensions, commercial amendments, terminating non-utilized contracts, and securing supply of services.
- Preparing, submitting and negotiating with Legal’s support the contract terms and conditions (master service agreements, commercial terms, and purchase orders, etc.).
- Driving the collaboration efforts with business and functional leadership in establishing and executing strategies.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders on strategy, policies/procedures, guidelines, and processes as it relates to assigned categories or contracts.
- Drive corporate compliance to the preferred vendor program via end-user change management and communications programs.
- Managing the full life cycle by advising a proponent on the best fit vendor, executing the purchase order documents, evaluating vendor performance.
- Acting as central point of contact between business unit proponents, vendor representatives, and other key stakeholders including HR and Legal.
- Pre-qualifying new and re-qualify existing Suppliers, while assuring full compliance with the HES Contractor Safety Program, while securing supply of services.
- Working in multiple ERP Systems modules (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Registration, Sourcing Strategy, Contract Development and implementation, Supplier Performance and Contract Close out).
- Primary interface with Internal Audit (Supplier audits), Finance - A/P (Invoice reconciliation), HES (Contractor approval and set-up), and Risk Management (Insurance levels and exceptions).
- Monitor assigned contracts to ensure suppliers comply with the terms and conditions.
- Participate in Supplier Performance Meetings.
Competencies:
- Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office environment
- Must be able to type 60-70 WPM.
- Strong initiative and self-starter
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices
- Proficiency in business communication
- Demonstrated knowledge of filing and record keeping procedures

Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years oil & gas administrative experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge (and application) of Procurement Policy, Authorized Approvals, Ethical Business Conduct Policy.
- Familiarity with Contract terms and conditions (Master Services Agreements and Commercial Terms), price book design
- Strong communication skills to interface effectively across functions including Interface with Legal (terms and conditions), Accounts Payable (pricing), HES (vendor registration), Proponents (requisition approvals and scope of work clarification)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Ariba; ability to create/manage detailed and complex reports and spreadsheets, correspondence.
- Collect and record hard copy paper data from the field into electronic systems and create and submit work orders, PO's and notifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision.
- Provide assistance to internal and external customers concerning invoices, data management and other audit inquiries.
- Strong Interpersonal skills - communicative, willingness to meet new people, fosters positive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsets required.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

- Work generally performed in an office environment
- Travel may be required for assignments, meetings and training
- Overtime work may be required
