About the Role:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the human resources functions at one of our manufacturing sites. This position reports up through HR and strong dotted line to Site Leader. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures, training and development, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, internal communication, performance management and fostering employee engagement. Your expertise in HR will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Implementation of policies and procedures aligning with corporate initiatives
· Managing human resources administration personnel
· Provide clear and effective counsel to management and employees
· Performance management
· Employee engagement, communications and change management initiatives
· Employee training administration
· Employee benefit communication and enrollment
· Time and attendance/payroll systems administration support
Requirements
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management/HR Business Partner role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3+ years management experience
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee development
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work within a team and foster collaboration
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate HR initiatives into business results
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
