Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator - Folder/Gluer to join our team in Fridley, MN.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for set up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining Folder/Gluer equipment, along with other Bindery/Finishing equipment

  • Review production work orders for special instructions

  • Perform all work in accordance with production standards to ensure quality standards are met

  • Ensure that production and customer deadlines are met

  • Ensure that adequate supplies of paper and other materials are available

  • Maintain records of production output

  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

  • Keep equipment and work area clean and organized


Your Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

You Must Have:

  • Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances

  • High degree of math skills and attention to detail

  • High degree of mechanical ability

  • Good reading ability


We Would Also Prefer:

  • High School Diploma / Equivalent

  • Must have ability to work with very close tolerances

  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members

  • Good color discernment
