Description

The Coordinator of the Change Control Board (CCB) is responsible for overseeing the Full Swing CCB process. The CCB is a group of stakeholders and team members who are responsible for assessing and approving proposed changes to processes & products within Full Swing. The coordinator will chair CCB meetings to ensure items brought to the board are presented, evaluated, & if adopted, implemented. The coordinator will keep records of the changes proposed & their outcome. The coordinator will also follow up on open tasks before the board to ensure proposals are closed out.  The coordinator will continually monitor the CCB process to suggest & implement improvements to keep the Full Swing CCB aligned with best practices for change management. The coordinator will analyze company data & metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and product improvements that should be brought to the CCB by the various stakeholder members.

  • Schedule & chair CCB meetings & monitor outcomes of approved CCB actions.
  • Ensure the stakeholder representation is a cross functional team representing all areas within Full Swing.
  • Prioritize the change requests as needed so urgent requests are processed.
  • Ensure CCB submissions are complete with sufficient information for stakeholders to review.
  • Mange part number master & issue part numbers as needed.
  • Manage BOM changes & new part number mapping within a digital ERP system.
  • Define a charter for the CCB to properly convey & illustrate the value within the organization.
  • Develop and document clear process flows for all functions within CCB including decision making.
  • Update online dashboards to ensure timely communication of items before the CCB and their status.
  • Analyze quality and cost data to identify improvements that can be brought to the CCB.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the activities and achievements of the CCB.
  • Provide oversight on process improvements to ensure the CCB is consistent with best practices.
  • Special projects as directed by the executive.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Requirements

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing quality processes.
  • Deep understanding of value/cost/financial data and analytics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Should have strong computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and able perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
  • Past job performance must reflect dependability, maturity, initiative, personal demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to successfully lead, implement and complete projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

  • Ability to quickly learn, absorb, and apply technical content to further develop understanding.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, Salesforce).
