Overview

This position is for the 2nd/3rd shift and requires expertise in Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills, as well as experience in a Manufacturing Environment or Foundry Environment.

AAM is currently offering a starting wage of **$24 to $31 hourly **plus $5000 sign-on bonus for skilled Die Repair professionals to join our team at our facility located in Twinsburg, OH, 44087. Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain dies, molds, and tools used in the manufacturing process
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient operation of equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Operate various hand and power tools to complete repair tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Prior experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on the 2nd/3rd shift as required
