Bookkeeper/Assistant

 

Warnike Carpet & Tile is currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Assistant to join our team at our retail store in Milan, Ohio. We provide residential and commercial flooring installation service throughout Northeast Ohio.

Pay: $15-$30/hour

Hours: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Answers phone calls and assists customers as needed.
• Processes payments, invoices and receipts.
• Enters data into accounting software or databases and creates hard copies.
• Matches packing lists with vendor invoices.
• Generates quotes.
• Assists other team members as needed.

 

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of clerical/scheduling experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable & payable.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Must be dependable.
