Your Tasks:

• ·        

  ·         Lead of all SHE staff on the site level.

  ·         Responsible for maintaining and implementing management systems in compliance with ISO14001 , ISO45001 and ISO50001.

  ·         Represent site in front of authorities and customer for specific HSEE requirements

  ·         Manage the Alert Management System for HSEE topics (e.g.: red alerts)

  ·         Ensure compliance site with local legal requirements.

  ·         Train and coach the site for HSEE specific tools, methods and standards.

  ·         Is overall responsible for all internal SHE inspections and respective countermeasures.

  ·         Monitors HSEE Site KPI’s and targets to implement the necessary actions to achieve them.

  ·         Responsible for plan and perform emergency response plan for the applicable environmental contingencies

  ·         Report to the HSEE country Leader when happened safety and environmental incidents in time,

  ·         Focus on preventive actions to avoid safety and environmental incidents.

  ·         Conduct investigations of any incidents that occur in the workplace, analyze possible root causes, and recommend changes when required

  ·         Stop production within production facility to mitigate risks to the health and to the environment if needed.

  Coordinates activities in the site and monitors results in order to achieve the defined HSEE targets.

Your Skills:

• ·         Education: A minimum of an Engineer diploma or equivalent is typically required.

  ·         Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry may be required.

  ·         Skills: Candidates should possess technical skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.

  ·         Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
