Job Description
This position provides project technical and administrative support in a team environment. Working closely with a manager or team, perform all project administrative responsibilities as assigned.

• Maintain working knowledge of Fluor’s Business Operating Strategy and their proprietary programs / tools that are used to support it. Maintain a strong working relationship with the program development team. This includes staying informed and knowledgeable on the latest updates. Provide user feedback on effectiveness / ease of use on current tools supporting project teams. Prepare / lead training sessions for employees and trade partners, prepare communications for distribution that will keep current users notified of the newest updates within the programs.
• Support account leadership in business line strategy & initiatives upon request.
• Maintain administration of the construction organizations SharePoint environments and security profiles granted to users.
• Maintain administration of Fluor’s cloud-based scheduling program. Standardize project schedule templates, add project members to schedule profiles when required, manage security profiles granted to project members.
• Support Site Audits – CSPA / KEA / CCIP
• Support maintenance of site procedure manuals
• Maintain site process maps.
• Work with site teams to keep construction logistics maps up to date.
• Support data upload / collection requests from construction management staff.
• Prepare & distribute biweekly / monthly project status reports.
• Provide interface between project teams in the site construction organization and local building officials. This could include, staying in contact with the local building department during the duration of the project permitting process, preparation of sanitized drawings, submission of permit applications, scheduling of required kick-off meeting and / or required inspections.
• Remain informed of current events happening at the site to support creation of message board tracks for internal communication purposes. Candidate must have a creative mindset on how to display information to target audiences on both message boards and misc. site signage.
• Support employee on-boarding / off-boarding.
• Work with Construction Management Staff and the client to organize events & provide lunches upon request. This will include ordering of the food, coordinating the delivery or pick up, and budgeting the order for the project.
• Candidate will need to be technology savvy enough to tackle adoption / deployment of new office equipment. to maintain working knowledge of equipment to support training and low-level trouble shooting if required.
• Manage the layout & logistics of project teams collaborative work environments. Includes maintaining calendar for room bookings, maintains proper stock & storage of visual layouts / tools / supplies required for work that takes place the Big Room environment.
• Ideal candidate must have the ability to understand company goals and expectations to help uphold these standards in the day-to-day duties critical to the success of this results-driven company.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks based on urgency.
• Perform technical and administrative duties including, but are not limited to: report preparation, presentations, engineering specifications, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases
• Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, setting up and maintaining project files, project closeout, and file retention
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
