JOB DESCRIPTION 


 

As a service technician you will be responsible for completing the tasks associated with each work package, which may include but are not limited to: Receiving and reviewing work packages. Verify tasks that need to be accomplished such as removing, replacing, or repairing damaged and expired parts. Testing and repacking life rafts as per C.M.M. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Review incoming documentation and communicate to internal customer.
  2. Process documentation with adding information.
  3. Complete service work order in quantum. 
  4. Test and pack product according to CMM.
  5. Assemble Equipment accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently. 
  6. Identify when cylinder needs hydro to open a repair order in quantum.
  7. Receive parts from Stock Room and verify with pick tickets.
  8. Complete corrective action.
  9. Calling Inspector for in process inspection to comply with CMM.
  10. Verify complete unit complies with CMM.
  11. Quantum knowledge a plus
  12. Other duties may be assigned by management

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Able to learn computer program
  3. Detail oriented
  4. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  5. Experience with hand tools
  6. Good communication skills
  7. Frequent Bending, sitting
