Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. End to end Project Co-ordination for all the projects (Modernization/Retrofit/Digital) to liquidate the B/L & closure of project technically & commercially within stipulated timeframe .
  2. Responsible for forecasting monthly sales/revenue & collection for respective region.
  3. Responsible & Close monitoring on Billing and Revenue for ETC & Supply Portion.
  4. Responsible for Project Management Cycle starting from takeover from Tendering till Site commissioning, Collection & site handover to customer.
  5. Co-ordination with Customer, Sales, DC, Logistics & Commercial teams to ensure billing & dispatch of Forecasted numbers for the month.
  6. Overall understanding of SE Power Products & Power System.
  7. Connect with delivery, Commercial, Procurement team and other internal stakeholders for timely execution.
  8. WO creation for SOW Preparation / One time site visit.
  9. Preparation and validation of SOW with TS & Contract.
  10. Vendor Mgmt (SOW explanation) & Execution Planning.
  11. Close coordination with SRs post site activity and initiate for invoicing.
  12. Regular Connect with customer for Payment, Billing & site related activities.
  13. Transportation and vendor Co- ordination for Material delivery.
  14. Support to Sales & Tendering for onsite assessment during preordering stage of Trade-up jobs.
  15. Data Management in MS Projects & MS Excel for preparation of complete Dashboard of regional projects mentioning all the milestone at a glance .
  16. Should have through knowledge in SAP is mandatory for day-to-day operation.
  17. Should be a team player & active listener.

 

 

Qualifications & Desired profile :

  • B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engg. with 8-10 years of Experience as a PM role in a electrical engineering industry dealing with mid size/Turnkey projects.
  • Project Management Course / Certified Project Manager will be preferred.
  • 8-10 years minimum experience in Project Management Area with sharp knowledge of SAP & equivalent module.
  • Good Communication Skill .
