WHAT WE OFFER

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the South Deerfield Production and Technology organization with Information Systems – global and site specific.
  • Serve as the site expert and point of contact for Information Systems related communications, maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting, and activities.
  • Maintain and support effective operation/use of Information Systems for daily operations with timely updates/upgrades, system maintenance and improvements, troubleshooting and fixes, vendor management, development, site training and/or documentation for:
    • Local administration of Global platforms,
    • Digital signage,
    • Security system,
    • Contractor software,
    • Site network permissions and folder access,
    • Sharepoint website,
    • Databases and
    • Bar coding.
  • Analyze and audit existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Information Systems development projects – global and site specific.
  • Maintain and support effective daily operation of the Document Control system to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on need, skill and/or interest.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS diploma + 8 years of experience, Associate's degree + 4 year of experience, Bachelor's degree + 1 year experience (Systems analyst role / website design).
  • Database knowledge, Access and SQL are essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Production environment.
  • Experience with SAP, security systems, and Document Control is desirable.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of C++, Java, XML, and more.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Works well independently with minimal oversight as well as part of a team.
  • Collaborative, open attitude.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills across functional teams.
  • Ability to work irregular hours if needed.
