Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Aseptic Manufacturing to join our team at our facility in Diamond Bar, CA, 91765. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects related to industrial construction, process development, and construction management, with a focus on root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects in Aseptic Manufacturing, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Oversee industrial construction projects, including coordinating with contractors and vendors
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards
• Available for extensive travel schedule: Minimum 75%

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in food, beverage or plastics/bottling manufacturling
• Proven experience in industrial project management; leading multi-million dollar projects
• Strong background data analysis and risk identification
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
