As an Aircraft Technician, you will maintain company aircraft to ensure safe, reliable transportation for company personnel while conducting operations within FAA rules and regulations, company policy, and NBAA / HAI accepted good operating practice procedures. This is a full-time position. Work hours based on flight schedules, so must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Job Description
  • Location: Keene, NH
  • Full-Time. Hours are based on flight schedules, so flexibility in work hours is required.
  • Start time will vary but will often be late afternoon/evening until work is complete. Must have the ability to work overtime, as well as on the weekends as needed.

You Will Contribute By

  • Complete daily post-flight inspection of company aircraft.
  • Complete periodic inspections on location aircraft.
  • Maintain aircraft in airworthy condition on a continual basis.
  • Supervise contract maintenance personnel during all activities.
  • Coordinate major inspections with flight and scheduling personnel to ensure minimum aircraft downtime.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance with flight personnel to maximize aircraft availability.
  • Ensure constant cleanliness of aircraft at the technician’s location.
  • Ensure cleanliness of maintenance facilities and hanger.
  • Assume responsibility for the maintenance of aircraft storage facilities.
  • Assume responsibility for all aircraft ground handling.
  • Assume responsibility for aircraft support equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for loaner parts and equipment. Coordinate with budget personnel for planning and purchasing. Negotiate the least cost alternative for all purchases. Establish and manage vendor accounts and services.
  • Coordinate freight delivery services.
  • Maintain aircraft logbooks and associated paperwork.
  • Maintain aircraft Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program.
  • Maintain a publication library to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Attend recurrent training sessions to maintain a high level of proficiency.
  • Assist flight crews in preparing aircraft for flight duty.
  • Assist company executives in facilitating aircraft arrivals and departures.
  • Assume any responsibilities delegated by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor.
  • Ad hoc support of executive partners as needed. This may include but isn't limited to family automobile fleet maintenance (inspections/registrations stay current), positioning, and more.

We’re Searching for Candidates With

  • Required: A&P certification and prior experience with corporate jets.
  • Preferred: Experience with Global, Falcon, and Challenger 300/350; 5+ years.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
