A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Service Support Technician at MKS Instruments, you will partner with the service department to perform repairs to meet customer demands on time. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Service.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Performing variety of repairs and upgrades as required on assigned product line(s)
Building/repairing products to instructions provided in Process Details and Service Bulletins or from approved samples
Responsible for removing and replacing defective or damaged electronic assemblies
Testing and evaluating to sub-assembly level

Skills You Bring:
A high school diploma
3-5 years experience of maintenance repair in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and presentation
Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or other system software
Willingness to work with diverse teams and demonstrate a cooperative, team-first attitude
