Holley Performance Brands is hiring for a Creative Services Specialist. This exciting new role will manage creative services production for media requests and projects for the Graphic Design team, while also providing graphic design support. 

Job Role Description:

• Work with cross-functional business partners to understand and assign work to Creative Service teammates
• Project manage the Creative Services Intake Production through Smartsheets software
• Develop understanding of unique skill sets, brands, and alignment across team members to assign tasks accordingly
• Monitor workloads and ensure even weighting across teammates
• Clearly communicate deadlines and changes to Graphic Designers and stakeholders
• Manage filing, taxonomy and coordinating of media assets 
• Provide graphic design support for ad hoc and design projects
• Deliver weekly status reports to stake holders, and monitor team activities
• Perform other creative services projects as assigned 

Role Alignment

• Traffic and Production Management: 60-80%
• Graphic Design: 20-40%

Qualifications/Skills:

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience
• Exceptional time and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluent in Adobe Suite Products of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Experience with style guides, branding and layout
• Fluent in digital media, understands modern user experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, or equivalent experience
