Batch Loader description:
Batch Operator – Make large scale batches of gel coat. Batches range from 4,800 pounds to 26,000 pounds in tanks holding up to 2880 gallons. Start by using programmable automated system to run resins and talc. Then by hand promoting and coloring the batch.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be on time and ready to work.
- Able to follow directions and written directions(such as a recipes)
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to wear goggles and/or particle dust masks hours at time.
- Work well with others.
- Learn to use machinery(hoists & lifts, blenders, tow motors)
