We are seeking a passionate Principal Circuit Designer that has knowledge and experience in innovative technical design. In this position, you will lead a brilliant team to collaborate with our versatile design and verification groups all over the world! We have the opportunity to be trailblazers in developing how we view and apply data to craft the next generation of memory solutions. In the DRAM Design team we are pioneering memory technology that touches every aspect of the digital world. Partner with us as we dream up a new cloud or AI/ML solution to build a better world?

Your Professional Journey will have encompassed & successfully accomplished:

• Leading & mentoring & energizing an alliance of successful silicon Design Engineers in Digital or Analog technologies for 3yrs. & 8yrs overall experience
• Collaborating with Product, Test, Design Automation, Layout, Process Integration & Device Engineering Teams to enable implementation of innovative circuit designs
• We appreciate your efforts crafting skills in circuit design, simulation, verification, schematic entry, SPF extraction, DFT while utilizing DA tools: HSPICE, Cadence, Verilog HDL, FINESIM, SimVision, WaveViewer, etc..

Of course, you are an eloquent communicator, multitasker of sophisticated EE projects continually focusing on BIC achieving reduced die size, lower power & higher speed performance

Preferred areas of expertise you might have accomplished include:

• Designed a circuit from architecture definition all the way to release to production with a preference for design knowledge in DRAM, logic, power management, mixed-signal, analog, SRAM, NAND
• Conversant in device physics and basic CMOS processing

Educational Achievements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field of study. While exceeding in subject areas like VLSI design, Device Physics, Computer Eng., Semiconductor Process, and C/C++ courses!
