Description

The Project Manager (PM) works closely with clients as well as internal departments, planning for and executing projects of various scope and size. The PM will spend a significant amount of time on job sites and is responsible for communicating between site, internal operations and other stakeholders internal and external. The Project Manager is responsible for daily tracking of project costs, productivity, site safety and successful completion of the project. Ideal candidates will be ambitious, driven, detail oriented, responsive, proud, trustworthy, reliable and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to deadlines, great planning/follow through and enthusiasm around outdoor work and live-events is a must. This role does not have a set schedule. The PM is assigned a book of business and is expected to manage the workload as needed. The PM is also expected to strengthen the relationship between the client and Select and to broaden our opportunities with each client through exceptional service delivery, respect and professionalism. The PM will work nights and weekends, in addition to normal hours, as needed to meet client expectations.

Qualifications


  • Commitment to Teamwork and Collaboration is the most important qualification
  • High School Education and 2 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Motivated and able to thrive in a results driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
