Overview

The Yoho General Store Clerk at CFC Properties will perform general store duties. This position is part-time, located in SOLSBERRY, IN.

Responsibilities

Afternoon and weekend availability required

**IF UNDER 18 - PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY AT THE STORE**

 

• Greet customers• Assist and answer queries from customers• Taking customer orders• Prepare a variety of foods, such as breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and deli sandwiches • Handling payment transactions using a point of sale register• Stocking the store and assisting with organization of stock in storeroom, walk-in refrigerator and freezer• Perform cleaning duties including dish washing, sweeping (interior and exterior), busing tables, taking out trash, and cleaning the bathroom

 

• Must be comfortable and effective in a fast paced environment

• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements• Maintain regular and punctual attendance• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards• Must have effective oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Must have reliable transportation• Previous food service & customer service experience preferred• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system preferred• Knowledge of local area preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time• Ability to climb stairs, as well as bending, crouching• Able to lift 20+ pounds occasionally
