Renewable Diesel Products Director

 

PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Director, Renewable Diesel Products to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our location in The Woodlands, TX.

The Director is responsible for managing the trading, marketing and distribution group for the Renewable Diesel Products business. The key responsibilities and requirements for the role will be to manage Product Trading and Marketing Operations, manage current customer business relationships and develop new business opportunities.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​Development of a sales & marketing plan for RD products.
• Manage RD products trading & marketing team.
• Works with Risk Management group to manage commercial risks.
• Develop and maintain benchmarking of RD products trading & marketing team.
• Develop new business opportunities that support the long-range growth targets of the business.
• Coordinate and negotiate prices and supply agreements.
• Provide accurate customer demand information for supply planning.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree required.
• 10 plus years’ experience in either Wholesale Marketing or Trading in either a commodity and/or specialty chemicals, bio-fuels experience preferred.
• Must have strong sales planning & execution skills, and strong performance against job responsibilities.
• Proven success delivering results in highly competitive markets, with an orientation to speed in execution.
• Proficient is Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. RightAngle is preferred.
• Individual must be self-motivated, work well in a team environment, and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be able to accommodate overnight domestic travel for 30 to 50% of the time.
