Description

The Crew Leader is responsible for providing Walpole Outdoors’ clients with a quality installation and an excellent customer experience. They are to be professional, a good communicator, and work with a sense of urgency.

• Communicate project details and installation process to customers

• These details include daily start and end times, estimated completion date, payment terms, etc.

• Provide quality installation and service of Walpole products

• Manage the installation crew with a positive attitude and clear directions

• Problem solve and carry out solutions to issues that are equitable to the customer and Walpole Outdoors

• Maintain vehicle and equipment

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Installation and construction capabilities

• Excellent Communication Skills with a customer focus

• Reliable/Can-do attitude and positive outlook

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings

• Proficiency in the use of light construction equipment and hand tools as well as the ability to navigate a tablet device
