Mold In Graphic Systems, is a 41-year-old innovative U.S. based company that manufactures polymer fusion labeling technology for the durable plastics goods industry around the world.

We are seeking an established professional to represent our patented technology products into the plastics industry. Candidates must have solid experience (preferably 3-5 years) in the field of molding and labeling polyolefin such as polypropylene and polyethylene. This is a technical service/customer interface position. The successful candidate will also be in a sales/support role operating both in the field and at the company location in Clarkdale, Arizona.

To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Ability to travel to support ongoing sales initiatives and troubleshoot application processes
• Ability to provide hands on training to customers on the use of machine stamping
• Ability to setup and make quick repairs of stamping machines as needed
• Ability to work with a high energy, cross-functional commercial team
• A self-starter that works well independently
• Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Be able to communicate and work with various levels of teams and people in various positions (engineers, buyers, business managers)
• Continuously identify new opportunities
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
