This position will foster the global growth through the support of top-line, growth-oriented projects as well as bottom-line, continuous-improvement projects.  Works with Business Directors to develop new processes and products as well as nurture existing process and product leads. Establishes uniformity and agility in processes and equipment throughout all locations. Engages and supports the local teams at all facilities to maximize results and ensure global coherence with process and business expectations. 

A technical and hands-on position requiring work in individual and team settings, contributing to all aspects of corporate efficiency and continuity.  Project management, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, validation, and ongoing support of systems solutions on a global/corporate scale.
