Summary
Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing
engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution within budget, schedule, and
quality constraints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality assurance, to drive efficiency,
innovation, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
 Lead and manage engineering programs, including new product introductions, process
improvements, and cost reduction initiatives, from conception to completion.
 Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to
ensure timely and successful project delivery.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables,
ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
 Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing,
operations, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication, collaboration,
and execution..
 Conduct regular project reviews, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations to
communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
 Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering their
professional growth and development.
 Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to evaluate and integrate new
technologies, components, or services into manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
 Bachelor of Engineering Degree or 10 years applicable experience
 Proven experience as an Engineering Program Manager or similar role within a
manufacturing environment.
 Proficient in the English language both written and verbal. Must be able to read,
analyze, and interpret documents, drawings, and specifications.
