Product Design engineer:

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for automotive glass part synchronous design work including 3D math file creation/drawing creation/design scenario creation, finalize the design per customer and plant side requirements.

2. Providing the solution and response to OEM side and internal plant side request, mainly work with OEM engineering for different requests like CAD requirements/product functionality/product quality/DFMEA/Characteristics/Feasibility study

3. Responsible for feasibility study for each design scenario and design change, coordinate between customer and plant side

4. Daily work for math file design software operation like CATIA/NX/Teamcenter(both 3D math file and drawing )

5. Take part charge of quotation work, communication with customer and create BOM list/design feasibility/cost impact etc.

6. Take charge for design change management from customer side to plant side including math file/drawing creation and transfer to plant and make sure plant is running in a correct way.

7.  Program management support for customer side and plant side to deal with different cases

 

Requirements:

1. Familiar with automotive glass product and material performance and automotive part production process

2. Familiar with 3D product design work/2D drawing and automotive part development process.

3. Ability for math file design software like CATIA (both 3D math file and drawing)

4. Familiar with design process/design rules/DFMEA/section analysis, etc.

5. Good English ability including listening/writing/speaking/reading

6. Program management ability to cooperate with different departments from customer side or plant side

7. Minimum of 5 years automotive working experience

岗位职责：

  1. 负责完成玻璃报价资料的消化工作，出具报价消耗清单，进行交流，编制产品报价技术方案；
  2. 配合OEM做不同的产品方案设计，提出解决方案，并与主机厂不同工程部门协作完成产品设计相关工作，如DFMEA/特性表/产品功能/产品质量等
  3. 负责产品的同步设计，含技术交流，建数模，确定技术方案
  4. 负责组织设计评审
  5. 负责技术资料向制造部移交（含数模/图纸/技术规范等）

岗位要求：

  1. 熟悉汽车玻璃的产品和材料，熟悉汽车玻璃生产工艺流程
  2. 熟悉公司内部的产品设计，开发流程，熟悉客户的产品PLM
  3. 有一定的（中级及以上）三维软件操作能力CATIA/UG(3D建模)
  4. 熟悉汽车玻璃产品设计，熟悉DFMEA
  5. 英语交流能力听说读写无障碍
