The Morning Director shares directing duties with a second Director in the morning. Fill in at other work stations when not Directing as needed.

• Direct and punch morning news, Life Styles and noon news program
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work with News Producers to facilitate special elements they may want to try.
• Oversee crew to assure that they are performing at their best
• Facilitate training of new employees as needed.
