We are looking for a results oriented Warehouse Manager with proven success in warehouse leadership. 

Responsibilities: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and directing all warehouse receiving and distribution activities for the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Manage all warehouse activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, storing, picking and packing, quality and inventory control functions.
• Achieve all company shipping and receiving goals, targets and objectives
• Maintain and store all shipping and receiving documentation correctly
• Maximize the use warehouse space to ensure work efficiency and safety 
• Maintain the physical conditions and security of the facility and all surrounding areas. 
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting scheduled and as needed cycle counts.
• Ensure all equipment is operational, PM’s are conducted regularly, and maintenance records are maintained to standard
• Recruit, interview and develop warehouse staff
• Manage all personnel to include setting individual goals, training and motivation
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 5-7 years’ distribution/warehouse experience and minimum of 3 years in management position
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with ERP & WMS systems, spreadsheet software and comprehensive reporting formats
• OSHA certification/knowledge
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
• Able to work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
• Ability to manage priorities and workflows
