Nature of Work:
Part of a small operations team, the Production Coordinator-Intern is a support services member to the SkyCam Operations Team. This team member is required to be available to support the operations team in a variety of functions and learning experiences.

Examples of work performed:
- Assist Production Managers and with administrative duties associated with on-site productions of multiple Live Sporting Events (NFL, CFB, NHL, NBA) per week, each event with varying deadlines.
- Through phone and email support and schedule travel for multiple crews per week, directly and/or through various vendors/clients
- Communicates and collaborates with clients (such as television networks), venues, leagues, and senior technical staff; distributes site surveys and the technical requirements relating to SkyCam.
- Coordination/booking of venue-required rental equipment as needed. A basic understanding of SkyCam technology.
- Creates and maintains a running event log for assigned events to track and update operational information, troubleshooting and other issues on individual events as they arise.
- Assist with financial duties related to events, include processing invoices, filing, and maintaining client/vendor files, processing credit card authorizations, reconciling monthly expenses, following up with clients on payment status, and completing monthly accruals; Auditing and holding accountability for all aspects of financials related to events
- Coordinate operations issues with Production Managers, NOC Operations and Technical Operations Manager
- Assists with crew/contractor and vendor related billing and expense reports.
- Data entry and reporting within various databases related to event details to include, but not limited to, financials, travel, clients/vendors, and venue information.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- High School Diploma
- Preferred
- Pursuit of bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, sports management or accounting preferred
- Experience within logistics, scheduling, project management, or sports & entertainment
- Television Broadcast or live events field a plus

- Once fully trained and proficient in job duties, there may be ability to work from home (Fort Worth area) and office (Fort Worth) as necessary.
