As an Team Lead,  Provides leadership to groups within the manufacturing team to support the flow of daily production while modeling the right behaviors for safety, quality, team behaviors and continuous improvement.

Compensation  for this position includes a competitive base wage and annual uncapped  profit based bonus plan tied to company goals and profitability. CAS  offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off;  paid holidays; and a 401k plan.

Requirements

2-year degree (Associates) in a related field or 3-6 years related experience and/or training preferred
