Your Tasks:

• ·         Defines and plans the improvement strategy plan (Hoshin Process)
• ·         Plans with Production Management/Country /Plant organization how to deploy continuous improvement and lean tools and identifies potential improvements
• ·         Monitors continuous improvement activities based on the deployment of lean principles, PDCA management and KPI tracking (OPEX dashboard, Value Plus)
• ·         Plans the assessment of skill matrix with Country/Plant organization
• ·         Ensures the Operational Excellence training and coaching of the Country/Plant organization
• ·         Plans the deployment of CI workshops across the organization (e.g. Defines, plans and conducts Lean Manufacturing workshops in selected plants)
• ·         Plans and conducts audits to assess the performance of the sites
• ·         Defines, analyzes and validates Lean methods, tools and standardize them based on market screening
• ·         Benchmarking and best practice sharing:
• ·         Monitors the selection, sharing and implementation of good practices (e. g. ValuePlus, CI)
• ·         Defines and monitors exchange platforms to use lessons learned/best practices in our organization
• ·         Improvement Project (PiP - Performance Improvement Project):
• ·         Project responsibility for internal improvement projects
• ·         Monitors and coordinates the activities of the following modules: overhead, shopfloor, other production costs
• ·         Analyzes and suggests potential improvements during the project and supports their implementation
• ·         Tracks activities, actions and feedback, presents project status, and escalates project related issues

Your Skills:

• Level of Education: Engineer
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
• Experience : A  minimum of a year in the Continuous Improvement departement is appreciated
• Language : English is mandatory
• Social competences:  Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
