 We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team at Blum. This is a crucial role in driving customer engagement, creating brand awareness, and strengthening our relationships across a variety of customers. This role will achieve success by identifying and qualifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and generating interest in our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in sales and business development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out and respond to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels and introduce and or discuss our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
  • Record and manage all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure the Why Blum value proposition is conveyed, shared, and demonstrated via communication with all customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to help drive all weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing initiatives are being communicated.
  • Learning, understanding, and communicating customer positions and Industry trends to determine how they would impact Company products and strategies is critical.
  • Utilize analytics to help streamline major processes to improve cost to serve – customer experience.

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience in growing profitable B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical skills, including proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
